The Penryn Trust (registration number IT70/92) as an education trust not for gain. It is a registered NPO (registration number 030-149-NPO) and PBO (registration number 930004977).
Donations made to either Penryn College or to Penreach are routed through the Penryn Trust, and are tax deductible.
The Penryn Trust accounts are audited annually by KPMG Nelspruit.
The Penryn trustees meet three times a year and comprise respected business and community leaders who volunteer their time, expertise and insight to the Penreach and Penryn College projects.
